#2 Well Mr Nad,

It is clear that a lot of PPP initiatives are taking place in India (airports,port terminals,the NHAI highways program...) but I don´t have any information about PPP´s in Oman. If you google it up there are not many resources to give us information. Hopefully somebody of the local industry give us some more information.

#1 The reports aren't accurate. Northumberland is beating its recycling target and SITA UK is selling materials and not stockpiling.

The target reduction is only because a new facility hasn't opened yet
