Defence officials have started the process of qualifying developers to build an 890,000-square-foot building in Gloucester for Canada's national cryptologic agency. In a first for the Department of National Defence, the massive new 775,000-square-foot headquarters for Canada's national cryptologic agency will be built through a design-build-finance-maintain contract, government officials say.
