Western Health and Social Care Trust has signed a concession contract with the Northern Ireland Health Group consortium, in which FCC Construction is the largest shareholder (39%), for the design, construction, financing and operation of the new hospital in Enniskillen, in Northern Ireland (UK). Spanish builder FCC said on Monday it had signed a 400 million euro ($544.3 million) syndicated loan to finance its general business needs.
